Report of the INEPSA meeting

The group agreed that a detailed report would be given at the conference on the presentation made by AFPR.

The hosting of the INEPSA website was discussed.
The group agreed that the site should be moved from the USA to an appropriate place if the costs can be reduced by relocating.

The 9th Genreral Meeting will be held in India.

The board agreed that the board of directors meeting should be held once a year jointly with the annual general meeting which should be held in the second half of the year to prevent the overlaps with other international meetings hosted by the USA and European associations.

Proposed that a steering group be organized to deal with issues as occasion demands.
The steering group consisting of 4-5 country directors shall meet as required.
